該機是針對枕頭，沙發，坐墊，大型玩具等大件需要填充纖維棉的產品，利用大口徑的充棉管，填充速度快，棉花蓬松富有彈性，無論是長纖維棉還是短纖維棉都用本機性能使用，該機利用腳踏氣動開關控制，操作簡單，安全，實用,可靠,可連接松棉機或自動松棉機組成松棉充棉組合機,也可以單獨作充棉使用。

Small-Scale Cotton Filling Machine

Introduction

This machine is specifically meant for pillow, sofa, cushion, big stuff toys and any large item that requires filling up of cotton fiber. Equipped with a large sprout on dispensing the cotton, the fill-up operation is fast while the cotton filled up remains to be fluffy, regardless if long fibre cotton or short fibre cotton is used. This machine is easily operated by stepping on and off the pedal, which is easy, safe and reliable to operate. The machine can be interfaced to Cotton Loosening Machine for a seamless Cotton loosing and filling operation, or it can be operated on its own.
