自動化松棉、充棉生產線：

 1:采用一臺自動松棉機連接一臺或多臺、單頭或雙頭箱式充棉機通過自動控制系統供充棉機使用，當充棉機內有棉時，松棉機會自動停止給棉，當充棉機內棉不夠用時，松棉機會自動給棉到充棉機內，替代了以往的人工操作、節省了時間、降低了生產成本，提升了產品的競爭力。

2：把幾十公斤至兩百多公斤原棉一次性放入儲棉箱的輸送帶上，機器將自動給棉入機進行開松梳理。替代以往的人工給棉（喂棉）。

3：用途用于二維\三維螺絲棉、PP棉、公仔棉、普通中空棉進行均勻開散蓬松，一次性開松，適合玩具廠、布藝制品廠、床上用品廠、服裝廠、寵物用品等、需填充纖維制品的廠家均可使用。

4：特點、利用一個大棍筒和多個小棍筒旋轉咬合，主棍1400轉/分鐘低轉速運行，將原棉進行高達上萬次的梳松整理，且不損傷原棉，其最大的優點，開松三維螺絲棉一次性開松率高達98%以上，而且不會損傷棉花。

5：采用自動送棉裝置，操作安全簡便，連續作業時間長，維修率低；全機采用高溫烤漆，不易生銹。

6：無縫鋼管主棍筒，加數個小棍筒結合作業，開槽纏繞專用齒條，主棍筒已做高速電子動平衡處理，左右誤差僅為0.1-1克，保證機器運行更加平穩無震動，并且機器整體使用壽命更長，維護成本更低。該機體積小，質量高，使用壽命長，維修率低，產量比同類提高60%。

7：適用產品：3D-25D纖維棉的開松梳理。適用填充材料二維/三維棉、長短纖維棉，（如：0.7D-15D*25mm/32mm/64mm）及邊角料均可填充。

8：可安裝金屬探測報警裝置，遇到金屬物體（2mm以上）進入松棉機，就會馬上報警，停機并自動從輸送帶倒出來，避免金屬物體損壞機身內的鋼齒。

8: Can install metal detection alarm device, encounter metal objects (more than 2 mm) into the loosening machine, will immediately alarm, stop and automatically pour out from the conveyor belt, to avoid metal objects damage the steel teeth in the fuselage.
