氣動真空包裝機

產品介紹：該機為降低運輸成本，把填充產品進行壓縮后自動封口包裝，壓縮真空包裝打開后會自動恢復原狀，從而減少包裝材料，節省運輸成本達70%，操作簡單，膠袋封口時采用一次性封口，包裝好的產品不容易漏氣，機器維修率低，封口膠袋的厚薄可以通過溫度調節達到最佳的封口效果，適用于家私、枕頭、座墊、可以壓縮的產品均可使用。可以根據客戶的產品訂做壓縮面積、行程、氣缸。也可做液壓式真空包裝機。

備注：氣動真空包裝機需配空壓機3KW排氣量0.36m3/min。

Pneumatic Vacuum Packaging Machine

Product Introduction: This machine will automatically vacuum seal and shrink your packaged product into a much smaller size, allowing you to reduce your shipping fee and packaging material fee to as much as 70%. It is easy to operate, and the sealed product will not be easy to leak or exposed to air. The machine requires minimum maintenance.  Temperature of the seal can be configured based on the thickness of plastic bag used to achieve the best sealing effect. This is suitable for furniture, pillow, cushion and other products that can be compressed. It can be custom made in accordance to each customer’s requirements and the products they are intending to use for. This product also available in hydraulic operation mode.

Note: Recommended compressor to be used with – 3KW, discharge rate: 0.36m3/min
