該機適用于枕頭.靠背.沙發.坐墊.大件產品等需要填充纖維棉的產品。松棉充棉于一體,梳棉填充一次性完成,填充速度快,操作簡單,一至兩人即可完成,只需把原棉放到機器輸送帶上就能自動送棉入機,保障操作人員的安全,而且填充出來的棉花蓬松,富有彈性,產品外觀平整,節約用棉量.不論長纖維棉或是短纖維棉.半硅棉或是全硅棉都適合本機使用,客戶選擇原材料的范圍更廣,使用原棉比使用松棉每噸要節省千元以上，提高生產效率,降低生產成本。

也可以連接上料機（喂棉機），無需人工給棉，組成自動松棉充棉組合機

適用產品：3D-25D纖維棉的開松梳理及熱風棉，針棉，噴膠棉等纖維產品的邊角料再次開松填充。

備注：需配空壓機：220V  0.75kw排氣量0.9m3/min。

Cotton Loosing and Filling Machine

Product Description

This machine is suitable for pillow, backrest, sofa, cushion and any large product requiring filling of fiber cotton. Both the loosing and filling up of combed cotton operations are integrated and requires just one or two people to operate. The cotton can be placed onto the input conveyor belt and it gets to be fed into the machine automatically while ensuring the safety of the operator. The product filled with the cotton will retain the fluffiness, maintaining the desired shape without unnecessary wastage of the cotton.

This machine is suitable for both long/short fiber cotton or semi/fully silicon cotton. Use of each ton of raw cotton as compared with loosen cotton will allow savings of over 1000rmb per ton, resulting in increased productivity and reducing your raw material cost.

This machine can be connected to cotton feeder machine resulting in a automated cotton loosing and filling machine. That will reduce the need to manually feeding cotton into the machine.

Products suitable for: 3D-25D fibre cotton – combing and hot-air cotton, needle cotton, collodion cotton and other fibre products including re-loosening of scrap materials.
